Jadeh Tejarat Services
Pearl Label Printing
Jadeh Tejarat offers pearl label printing with various cutting options, including simple cuts, circular shapes, and custom designs tailored to your preferences. Pearl labels with kiss-cutting are available for custom and circular shapes, with the final cost calculated based on cutting rates. For rectangular and square shapes, in addition to kiss-cutting, straight cutting is also available for dimensions larger than 5×5 cm at an affordable price. If your label design includes colors, it’s recommended to add a 2 mm bleed on all sides of the final label size.
Cutting Methods
Kiss-Cut:
This method uses a precision plotter cutter to slice only the top layer of the label, making it easier to peel off. The high accuracy of this cutting technique ensures almost any shape and size can be achieved with perfect precision.
Straight Cut:
This cutting method is suitable for square and rectangular shapes with dimensions larger than 5 cm. In this process, both layers of the label are fully separated, creating individual labels. Straight cutting is more cost-effective compared to kiss-cutting.

Pearl Label Printing Process
The printing of pearl labels is conducted using label printers or compound printing machines that utilize UV and solvent-based technologies. Suitable ribbons for this process are typically wax-resin or resin ribbons, offering high-quality prints with vibrant and durable colors. These ribbons protect the labels from chemicals, moisture, and water, ensuring their longevity. Various types of pearl labels, such as PE, PP, standard pearl, and thermal pearl labels, can be used in this process.
Types of Pearl Labels
- Thermal Pearl Labels:
- Designed with thermal properties, incorporating PVC materials.
- Can be printed using the heat from thermal label printers.
- Highly resistant to moisture, stretching, and tearing, making them exceptionally durable.
- PE and PP Labels:
- These materials are also used for pearl label printing and are more elastic than standard pearl labels.
- PE Labels:
- Known for their high temperature tolerance and elasticity.
- Suitable for packaging products like antifreeze and motor oil.
- PP Labels:
- Offers a balance of durability and cost-efficiency for general-purpose applications.
- Both materials are pricier due to their enhanced properties.
- Polyguard (Polygor):
- Extremely tear-resistant, virtually impossible to tear.
- While less elastic compared to PE and PP, polyguard labels offer a glossy finish and superior visual appeal.
- Distinguished from other PVC materials due to their brilliance and premium aesthetic.
This advanced printing process and the variety of materials ensure that pearl labels meet the diverse needs of industries requiring durable, water-resistant, and visually attractive labeling solutions.
