Jadeh Tejarat offers pearl label printing with various cutting options, including simple cuts, circular shapes, and custom designs tailored to your preferences. Pearl labels with kiss-cutting are available for custom and circular shapes, with the final cost calculated based on cutting rates. For rectangular and square shapes, in addition to kiss-cutting, straight cutting is also available for dimensions larger than 5×5 cm at an affordable price. If your label design includes colors, it’s recommended to add a 2 mm bleed on all sides of the final label size.

Cutting Methods

Kiss-Cut:
This method uses a precision plotter cutter to slice only the top layer of the label, making it easier to peel off. The high accuracy of this cutting technique ensures almost any shape and size can be achieved with perfect precision.

Straight Cut:
This cutting method is suitable for square and rectangular shapes with dimensions larger than 5 cm. In this process, both layers of the label are fully separated, creating individual labels. Straight cutting is more cost-effective compared to kiss-cutting.
